Our Litigation Department is comprised of attorneys with  knowledge of the intricacies of trial work and  procedural matters. The attorneys assigned to the administrative unit handle matters in connection with proceedings before the Division of  Housing and Community Renewal( DHCR), the Environmental Control Board, the Department of Health, and the Department of Buildings.  The partner in charge of our administrative law department is a former director of operations of  DHCR’s  MCI unit which regulates increases collectible by property owners for improvements made to building systems and infrastructure.  We have seasoned attorneys in our Appeals Department who have successfully submitted and argued appeals at the Appellate Term, Appellate Division and Court of Appeals of the State of New York.
